Responsibilities

Working with IA management and staff – our customer – to identify IA population training and performance needs

Collaborate and propose solutions to address

Create content and maintain it by working with Subject Matter Experts as needed

Deliver virtual instructor-led courses and self-paced learning, such as onboarding

Organize and facilitate community activities and events

Collaborate with the Methodology team and Health PMO to maintain project and knowledge repositories

Support project management matrixed partners within Health Consulting, Customer Solutions for Industries (CS4I), and broader Oracle to champion organizational imperatives
