Operations Program Manager

They are seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives within the Strategy team, responsible for overseeing end-to-end project execution and ensuring timely delivery of strategic projects.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and key milestones
Coordinate data collection, research activities, expert engagement, and survey deployment
Oversee identification and validation of entities or subjects for inclusion in ranking or research projects
Ensure projects are inclusive in scope and reflect a wide range of perspectives
Address challenges such as data coverage gaps, partner contention, and demographic focus
Ensure integration across data, research, and editorial functions
Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, including status updates and issue escalation
Coordinates the work of the Data Analyst and Researcher
Ensures alignment between data, research, and editorial outputs
Facilitates regular team meetings and cross-functional collaboration
Qualification
Required
Experience in project management methodologies such as Prince 2
Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Planner
Great communication skills, both written and verbal
