Junior Intelligence Analyst
Hoplite Group is seeking a Junior Intelligence Analyst to support the United States Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) mission by assisting with the collection, analysis, and dissemination of intelligence. The role involves conducting research, supporting intelligence reports, and collaborating with senior analysts to ensure the accuracy of intelligence products.

Responsibilities
Conduct basic research, data collection, and initial analysis of intelligence information from multiple classified and unclassified sources
Support production of intelligence reports, briefings, and assessments in line with INSCOM and DoD standards
Monitor, organize, and maintain intelligence databases, tools, and repositories
Assist in identifying intelligence gaps and support senior analysts in developing collection requirements
Provide support for indications and warnings (I&W) analysis, threat assessments, and situational awareness products
Contribute to intelligence preparation of the battlefield (IPB) and all-source analysis processes
Collaborate with senior analysts, military personnel, and interagency partners to ensure accuracy and relevance of intelligence products
Participate in intelligence meetings, working groups, and training to build tradecraft knowledge and mission expertise
Qualification
Required
TS/SCI Security Clearance Required
Familiarity with the intelligence cycle, INSCOM's mission, and basic analytic tradecraft
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to summarize complex information clearly
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn classified intelligence systems and databases
Ability to work in a team environment, follow direction, and adapt to evolving mission requirements
Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, International Relations, Political Science, or a related field
Completion of a recognized intelligence training program from any DoD branch (e.g., U.S. Army 35F Intelligence Analyst AIT, U.S. Air Force All-Source Analyst Course, U.S. Navy Intelligence Specialist “A” School, U.S. Marine Corps Intelligence Specialist Course, or comparable DoD civilian training)
Preferred
Experience working with intelligence community (IC) databases and reporting systems
Basic functional knowledge (e.g., counterterrorism, counterintelligence, cyber, near-peer threats)
Previous internship, contract, or military experience supporting DoD or IC organizations
