Start in 2026 SummerRhodes Risk Advisors is a property and casualty brokerage based in Atlanta, Georgia, and they are seeking a Client Support Intern for Summer 2026. This hands-on internship will provide exposure to account management, client service, and the inner workings of the commercial insurance industry while supporting the client service team.

Responsibilities
Shadow and assist the Client Support team with day-to-day servicing of accounts (such as certificates of insurance, policy review, and data entry)
Gain exposure to marketing and renewal processes, including preparing materials and analyzing coverage options
Support the team in reviewing client asset portfolios, insurance coverages, and risk management strategies
Learn how to maintain and organize client and policy information in the agency management system
Observe client and carrier interactions, including renewal discussions and problem-solving on coverage or billing issues
Participate in a capstone project or presentation that demonstrates your understanding of the commercial insurance space
Qualification
Required
Must have excellent computer skills and the ability to learn agency automation system; AMS 360 knowledge preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with prospective and existing clients, as well as other team members
Ability to understand policy forms and coverage descriptions required
Organizational skills required
High attention to detail essential
A high school diploma required
Preferred
AMS 360 knowledge preferred
college degree preferred
