Responsibilities
Architect, design and develop firmware for reliable, scalable, high performing SERDES/PCIE IPs using C/C++
Develop new features and enhance existing features for AI infrastructure connecting products by designing firmware and algorithms tailored for Marvell mixed signal hardware-based accelerators
Develop software and troubleshoot issues related to hardware bring-up, multi-threaded software development with virtualized hardware
Work with application engineers (AE), product managers and cross functional hardware/software engineers to investigate and solve customer issues
Analyze and investigate methods to enhance firmware performance on Marvell SoC/IP by using existing hardware and simulators and suggest future hardware/software design improvements
Plan, schedule, estimate efforts for projects and provide technical guidance to junior engineers during execution
Work on MCU based SERDES/PCIe products, design and develop firmware and software for networking and switching products
Qualification
Required
BS / MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related fields
5-10 years of related professional experience
C/C++
RTOS or Scheduler
Microcontroller embedded firmware with mixed signal products
Hardware bring-up on microcontroller with IDE through JTAG, SWD
SERDES/PCIE protocol familiarity
Github and Jira familiarity
Preferred
Python is a plus
Github Copilot is a plus
