Responsibilities

Shadow EP Attorneys and Case Managers to learn and document internal legal processes to identify opportunities for process improvements in a rapidly growing firm

Support both our immigrant and nonimmigrant visa practice groups in drafting, researching, compiling, printing, copying, and scanning immigration applications

Receive and organize case-related government correspondence into EP systems, as well as update various systems with client/application information

Learn how to operate various legal systems used firm-wide for immigration applications

Perform other duties as assigned by management

Must be a current 2L (Rising 3L)

Must have a 3.0 GPA or higher

Must be able to commute and work on-site daily in either our Troy or Ann Arbor, Michigan offices (rotational program is split between both offices throughout the summer)

Must be available to work full-time, 9am-5pm Est, Monday-Friday (40 hours per week) from mid-May 2026 to mid-August 2026
