Qualification
Required
Has 7-9 years experience in leading large-scale budgets and paid media strategies, plus the development and execution of guest research and engagement initiatives, including at least 5 years in a people-management role
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Has demonstrated success and experience interpreting quantitative and qualitative insights
Has proven experience managing agency relationships and teams
Has proficiency with programs and tools such as Brand Health or Marketing Mix Modeling, ideally
Is a demonstrated brand steward who works autonomously, with a self starter approach and is comfortable with ambiguity
Is a people-development focused manager taking pride and joy and developing their team members
