Responsibilities

Handle first-level employee relations cases, workplace investigations, performance plans, and general inquiries under supervision, maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and care
Own and enhance our performance management program, including execution, tracking, and process improvement
Manage and create internal knowledge base content in our internal wiki, Confluence
Partner with People Operations to analyze employee survey data, identifying trends and providing actionable insights
Assist People Operations to provide a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience while following established processes
Collaborate with People Operations and Talent Acquisition on various initiatives and administrative tasks
Work with Compliance to maintain and update policies and documentation
Provide support during organizational changes, helping ensure smooth transitions
Assist with additional projects and initiatives as needed

Required

3+ years of HR Business Partner/People Team experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
Experience with HR systems and tools (Culture Amp and Rippling preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
GSuite
Slack
HRIS
engagement and performance management platforms

Preferred

Experience working remotely and/or distributed (multi-state)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Knowledge of HR compliance requirements and best practices
