They are seeking a Full Time Epic Beacon Certified Analyst II responsible for supporting the planning, design, development, and maintenance of assigned applications/systems in the healthcare domain.

Responsibilities

Responsible for identifying, evaluating, analyzing and recommending changes in support of assigned applications/systems including ongoing production maintenance and trouble-shooting

Supports the planning, design, development, build and/or configuration of assigned applications/systems

Leads and/or coordinates conversions, application/system testing and documentation of system procedures

Participates and provides input in training design and development and assists in training execution in relation to assigned projects

Provides go-live support and serves as primary point of contact for ongoing maintenance/support and trouble-shooting

Qualification

Epic Beacon certificationEpic Ambulatory certificationHealthcare operations experienceInformation technology experienceTroubleshooting skillsTraining executionDocumentation skills

Required

Two to three (2-3) years of healthcare operations (clinical, patient care, administrative or revenue cycle), information technology or health information technology experience

Demonstrated competency in Applications Analyst I role

Current Epic certifications Epic Beacon and Epic Ambulatory

Willing to travel for training and achieve certification within 90 days of completion of training at Epic in application as assigned

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in a related field (information technology or clinical/healthcare fields)

Current Epic certification(s)
