The role involves managing recruitment efforts, implementing sourcing strategies, ensuring compliance with hiring processes, and providing extensive field support to achieve recruitment goals.

Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor a team of TA Hiring Coordinators, providing direction, guidance, and support to achieve recruitment goals and ensure a high standard of service across the territory

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs within assigned territories, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various high-volume positions

Set performance expectations for TA Hiring Coordinators, conduct regular check-ins, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development and growth

Travel extensively to various locations within the territory to support Hiring Coordinators, conduct site visits, conduct hiring process audits, attend hiring events, and build relationships with local teams and stakeholders

Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness and efficiency, identify trends, and provide regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership and operations partners

Continuously evaluate recruitment processes, tools, and resources to enhance efficiency and candidate quality providing recommendations for improvement to your direct leadership team

Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices

Collaborate with field managers, HR partners, and other stakeholders to understand staffing needs, partner on solutions, and develop proactive talent acquisition strategies

Plan, organize, and oversee hiring events, job fairs, and other recruitment activities to attract qualified candidates

Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining consistent communication, providing timely feedback, and upholding the organization’s employer brand

Other special projects, direct recruitment assignments, and job duties as assigned
