Responsibilities
Concept, design, and implement monthly social and digital campaigns for automotive clients from always-on content to larger integrated initiatives
Collaborate with copywriters, creative directors, strategists, account leads, and producers to bring ideas to life across multiple platforms and formats
Direct and design assets across static, motion, video, and emerging digital channels ensuring every piece is polished and on-brand
Push creative thinking while balancing efficiency and consistency within high-volume content cycles
Present ideas internally and externally with clarity and confidence, translating creative rationale into business impact
Stay ahead of cultural, digital, and social trends to keep work relevant and resonant in the automotive space
Provide guidance and inspiration to junior designers, fostering craft and guidelines in execution
Qualification
Required
5-7 years of agency or in-house creative experience, with a strong focus on digital and social
Proven automotive experience dealership, brand, or aftermarket with an understanding of category nuances
Portfolio showcasing both conceptual strength and executional craft across digital and social platforms
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma
Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail and creative integrity
Strong presentation and communication skills, comfortable with clients and internal leadership
A proactive, collaborative attitude with a passion for making work that's smart, beautiful, and effective
Preferred
motion/video editing skills strongly preferred
