Review and evaluate potential employment intakes to determine whether the qualifications metrics regarding liability and damages and met

Conduct supplemental intake calls with prospective clients as part of a secondary intake process to gather additional facts and documents necessary for drafting complaints and other initiating documents such as PAGA notices

Investigate and gather information relating to legal entities and affiliate companies to ensure that the correct parties are being named in the complaints

Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy relating to complaint filing decisions, including which claims to include, venue, jurisdiction and other related topics
