Responsibilities

You will be part of a fast-paced team environment and will receive all the support needed to properly prepare each case for settlement or hand-off to the litigation team

The position will include a dedicated pre-litigation team assisting with all cases, such as intake assistants, paralegals, medical records specialists, lien specialists, negotiators, and staff specialized in documenting the closure of settled cases

This role involves actively managing numerous cases and team members

You will have the opportunity to work with and develop yourself and your team for the benefit of our clients

Qualification

Personal Injury LawCalifornia State Bar LicenseClient InteractionCase ManagementBilingual English/SpanishAttention to DetailTeam Collaboration

Required

Over 4 years of experience, including at least 3+ years specifically related to personal injury cases, whether representing plaintiffs or defendants, at a law firm or insurance company

Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar

Overall organization and attention to detail are necessary

Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person
