Loan Processing: Manage the end-to-end processing of mortgage loan applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards

Underwriting Support: Assist underwriters by preparing and reviewing documentation necessary for loan approval decisions

Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all loan files meet federal, state, and local regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry standards

Team Collaboration: Work closely with loan officers, underwriters, and other departments to facilitate efficient loan processing and resolve any issues

Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries, explaining processes, and ensuring a smooth lending experience
