Outbound Sales Development Representative

Defease With Ease | Thirty Capital is a leading entity management and corporate services platform that helps organizations save time and reduce risk. They are seeking a highly motivated Outbound Sales Development Representative to create new opportunities and increase awareness of EntityKeeper’s value through proactive prospecting and outreach.

Responsibilities

Proactively prospect into target accounts and identify decision-makers within legal, finance, and operations teams
Execute outbound campaigns across multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, events)
Craft personalized messaging that grabs attention and communicates EntityKeeper’s value
Qualify prospects through conversations, identifying needs, pain points, and alignment with our platform
Schedule and conduct engaging and interactive product demonstrations to potential customers in various settings
Maintain accurate records of outreach, activities, and lead status in CRM (Salesforce)
Track performance against weekly/monthly activity and pipeline goals
Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to refine outreach strategies and messaging
Stay up-to-date on product features, competitor landscape, and industry trends to strengthen outreach

Required

Strong desire to launch or grow a career in sales/business development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly detail-oriented with the ability to organize and track multiple outreach campaigns
Fierce, persistent, and creative in finding ways to reach decision-makers
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently toward goals
Coachable, energetic, and eager to learn sales best practices
Comfortable working in a high-activity, results-driven environment
Confident presenting product over video calls and tailoring demonstrations to audience needs

Preferred

Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM
Experience in SaaS, legaltech, or fintech industries
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field
Previous outbound sales or lead-generation experience
