Responsibilities
Drive agency growth by building relationships with business leaders through networking, cold calls, and leads
Define branch sales objectives and create plans with the Area Manager and/or VP
Map activities on target accounts and set strategies for business growth in sales, gross margin, and profitability
Expand client base through in-person and phone outreach
Execute win-win selling in alignment with the organization’s sales methodology
Develop solution-based options for clients following the Counselor Sales Process (CSP)
Coordinate and conduct presentations/sales activities advocating solutions that meet client needs
Negotiate pricing while maintaining minimum Gross Profit expectations
Collaborate across a matrix organization with service and delivery teams
Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of verifiable sales experience in skilled trade, oil/gas, manufacturing, or construction industries
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong business development and client engagement skills
Desire to grow business opportunities in your market by being actively involved in the community
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve client problems or complaints
Reliable transportation, valid Driver's License, and ability to use personal vehicle daily
Understanding of basic business acumen and financial concepts
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
