Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field from an accredited program
Professional Engineer License in state of Maryland
10+ years' experience in (bridge) horizontal structural exp
Experience with AASHTO LRFD bridge design
Experience working with Maryland Department of Transportation
Project management and business development experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferred
MS in Civil Engineering
3 years of experience leading design engineers and drafting personnel
