Responsibilities
Architect and scale Python/Go-based microservices that can ingest and process massive volumes of telemetry data
Design systems for real-time statistical analysis and anomaly detection
Ensure every backend service is observable, scalable, and resilient
Integrate with APIs from leading monitoring platforms (Datadog, Grafana Cloud, New Relic, etc.)
Leverage AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, RDS, Step Functions) to build secure, event-driven architectures
Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to surface insights from logs, metrics, and traces
Qualification
Required
5+ years backend engineering (Python and/or Go preferred)
Deep understanding of observability stacks and telemetry pipelines (metrics, logs, traces)
Hands-on experience with distributed systems, microservices, and AWS
Familiarity with time-series data, anomaly detection, or statistical workflows
Passion for observability data, making it meaningful, actionable, and accessible
Preferred
Experience with LLM integrations, developer tools, or AIOps platforms
