They are seeking a Senior Main Engine Propulsion Engineer to lead the integration and testing of main engines for the MK2 Crew Lander, contributing to the Lunar Transportation system that will facilitate human presence on the Moon.

Responsibilities

Lead integration and testing of the main engines on the MK2 Crew Lander

Manage the complete life cycle of the integrated propulsion system including development testing

Work directly with NASA and National Team Partners as part of the Human Landing System (HLS) Sustaining Lunar Development (SLD) program

Required

B.S. in Aerospace, Mechanical, Physics, Systems Engineering or related technical subject area

8+ years of experience in developing spacecraft propulsion systems

Professional experience with main engine gimbals, feedlines, and controls

Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast paced, dynamic work environment with partners

Professional experience designing propulsion systems or hardware in CAD software such as CREO or Siemens NX

Excellent verbal, written, and graphical communication skills with ability to directly interface with external parties including government and commercial entities

Willingness to work on-site with occasional travel
