Responsibilities
Develop and ship new product features across frontend and backend (Rails + React)
Collaborate with product and design to shape user experiences and make scope tradeoffs
Instrument user behavior and iterate quickly based on analytics and customer feedback
Partner with growth and business teams to improve activation, retention, and conversion
Balance technical execution with product priorities to deliver results efficiently
Maintain clean, scalable code and contribute to technical decision-making
Qualification
Required
Are a full-stack engineer with strong Rails + React experience
Have experience working closely with product and design teams
Are motivated by solving customer problems and improving business outcomes
Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to speed up development and experimentation
Thrive in a collaborative, high-trust, fast-moving environment
