Responsibilities

Deliver expert-level services and advice for complex IT projects
Engage with system, business stakeholders, and end-users to understand requirements
Support development of the engagement approach with specialized input
Assist in resolving complex issues related to project objectives
Provide expert advice and counsel supporting agency management and business improvements
Support engagement teams ensuring compliance with client and professional standards

Qualification

Project Management ProfessionalIT project managementBusiness managementInformation systemsStakeholder engagementQuality controlTeam supervisionAnalytical supportFederal judiciary experience

Required

Bachelor's degree in business management, information systems, or related field
Project Management Professional (PMP) certified
Minimum of seven (7) years' experience delivering relevant services for complex IT projects
Minimum of seven (7) years' experience interacting with system stakeholders, business stakeholders, and end-users
Experience supervising engagement team members, conducting on-site quality control, and ensuring adherence to professional standards
Demonstrated ability to review and approve working papers, deliverables, findings, and final reports

Preferred

Prior experience supporting the AOUSC and the Federal judiciary advantageous
