Responsibilities

Lead implementation teams through complex technical solutions with Appian and tangential technologies

Supports design, development, and test activities

Guide clients on architecture design, configuration management, DevSecOps, and other program initiatives as needed to drive technical success

Ensure solutions are built for scale and performance

Create and document implementation best practices as well as knowledge base articles for internal enablement

Provide thought leadership on process improvement

Support internal solutions, infrastructure, and tools

Mentorship, training, and enablement of resources

Required

3+ years of experience with Appian solutions

5+ years of related IT experience

Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related area

Active Appian Senior or Lead Certification

Strong experience with Appian delivery using an Agile methodology

Strong technical design and implementation and problem-solving skills

Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner, both verbally and written; active listening skills to gather key information from internal and external partners; analytical and strategic foresight

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a high-paced environment, multi-task (prioritize and manage), and work both independently and as a team (team-building skills including courtesy, professionalism, and a 'do whatever it takes attitude')

This is a hybrid position (on-site McLean VA / remote)

Must be a U.S. Citizen (no dual citizenship)

Possess an Active Clearance or candidate must be clearable
