Responsibilities
Support and collaborate with attorneys and legal staff
Start in pre-lit during the build-up of cases and then move into litigation to fully understand how Thompson Law runs -WITH GUARANTEED BONUSES
Grow with a firm expanding nationally with opportunities for boundless professional advancement
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience, with at least 3+ years of personal injury (PI) related experience, whether on the plaintiff or defense side of the docket
Consistent and recent trial experience demonstrating 1st chair knowledge/examples in PI
Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person
Overall, organization and attention to detail are necessary. This role will require the hands-on management of many cases and firm employees
Engaging, straightforward, and committed to advocating for others
Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
