Responsibilities

Acts as the primary contact for Strategic Accounts 401(k) clients regarding all retirement products to ensure consistent, quality service
Prepares and reviews forms, including the IRS Form 5500, for accuracy
Provides client training on reports and product features
Develops and maintains knowledge of account structures, services, and client processes
Reviews plan designs
Establishes and maintains partnerships with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
Communicates with CPAs, Financial Advisors, attorneys, auditors, and third-party vendors
Develops and maintains knowledge of IRS and ERISA regulations and ensures plan compliance
Identifies and implements plan design enhancements and plan document exceptions
Conducts client visits to maintain and strengthen relationships
Conducts web seminars with clients and clients' employees to encourage plan participation
Assists clients and non-licensed team members with investment-related questions

Required

Bachelor's Degree - Required
3 years of experience in Retirement Industry
Series 6 license - Required
Series 63 license - Required
