Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret insurance coverage issues
Provide legal advice to clients on coverage matters and potential liabilities
Represent clients in negotiations and litigation involving insurance coverage disputes
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and opinions related to coverage issues
Conduct legal research on insurance law and relevant case precedents
Collaborate with insurance adjusters and other legal professionals to resolve coverage disputes
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Illinois
Experience in insurance coverage law
Strong understanding of insurance policies and coverage litigation processes
Excellent analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal
