The GTS Treasury Applications Administrator is responsible for system and user administration for critical bank user interfaces, focusing on application configuration, user administration, and compliance reviews while supporting business users and maintaining application health.

Responsibilities

Maintain bank user lists in SharePoint tool

Maintain users in online bank portals

Document and manage bank token processes

Perform SharePoint library configuration for new banks / roles

Assist in creating / expanding bank Standard Operating Procedures

Assist with quarterly user access reviews and other compliance activities for bank portals

Assist bank administration support teams with support / maintenance activities

Troubleshoot and escalate issues to bank/internal teams for resolution

Inform GTS Treasury Applications Manager of any observed or potential issues

Provide detailed and summary status reporting to GTS Treasury Applications Manager

Required

Associate's Degree or higher (or in pursuit of) in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field

Excellent computer literacy skills

Strong PC skills, including experience using MS Office Products, especially Excel

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Current passport
