Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: You will engage with customers, provide demonstrations, and offer support for Copilot features. They should be able to explain and showcase how Copilot can enhance productivity and streamline tasks
Technical Expertise: You must possess a deep understanding and hands-on experience with M365 Admin Centre, Office applications and Copilot functionalities. This includes proficiency in Exchange, OneDrive, Sharepoint, Teams, and other related applications
Feedback Collection: You will gather feedback from customers regarding their experiences with Copilot. This feedback will be crucial for identifying areas of improvement and enhancing the overall user experience
Training and Support: You will provide support and demonstrations to customers, ensuring they are well-versed in utilizing Copilot to its full potential. You should be able to address any technical issues and provide solutions promptly
Documentation: You will create and maintain documentation related to Copilot usage, best practices, and troubleshooting guides. This will serve as a valuable resource for both customers and internal teams
Qualification
Required
Strong technical professionals with a deep understanding and hands-on experience with M365 Admin Centre, Office applications and Copilot functionalities
