Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2+ years of experience in retail marketing or social media management
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media management software
Ability to analyze data and insights to drive decision-making
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
