Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
Nephron Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to lead their financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis functions. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on financial analysis, and teamwork to develop financial strategies that align with long-term business objectives and optimize financial performance.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement financial strategies that align with long-term business objectives
Analyze operational challenges and recommend solutions to optimize financial performance
Identify inefficiencies in operational processes and recommend cost-saving measures
Develop actionable insights to improve overall financial health and organizational efficiency
Foster a collaborative, team-oriented culture that encourages innovation and high performance
Build, maintain, and enhance complex financial models, including: 13-week cash flow forecasting, Company annual and long-range financial model, Covenant compliance analysis, Profitability and liquidity assessment
Perform sensitivity analyses to evaluate the impact of various financial scenarios
Analyze financial statements to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and refine model assumptions
Maintain expertise in asset-based lending environments and borrowing base certificates
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
Five (5+) years of progressive finance experience
Deep understanding of financial strategy
Exceptional attention to detail
Proven experience in credit modeling, restructuring, or FP&A within a professional services or consulting firm environment
Ability to develop and implement financial strategies that align with long-term business objectives
Ability to analyze operational challenges and recommend solutions to optimize financial performance
Ability to identify inefficiencies in operational processes and recommend cost-saving measures
Ability to develop actionable insights to improve overall financial health and organizational efficiency
Ability to foster a collaborative, team-oriented culture that encourages innovation and high performance
Ability to build, maintain, and enhance complex financial models
Ability to perform sensitivity analyses to evaluate the impact of various financial scenarios
