Responsibilities
Analyzing BU performance, assessing key business metrics and analyzing drivers of financial performance
Perform actual to budget forecast analysis
Deep dive analysis into various elements of the financial statements
Establishing pricing strategy and structure for new products
Review customer contracts
Collaborate with cross-departmental teams including sales, product management, and legal
Build, improve, and maintain complex financial models
Support ad hoc financial modeling and presentation for new software, services, and tools initiatives
Support various ad hoc special projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience
Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master's = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
5+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience
1+ year of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above)
1+ year of experience working in a large matrixed organization
1+ year in a leadership role with or without direct reports
