2026 Product Training Student Experience

They are seeking a Product Training Student Experience intern who will gain hands-on experience in training course design and assist in various training-related projects while working closely with skilled professionals in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

Gain hands-on experience in a corporate learning and development environment
Assist with training course design, delivery, communications and marketing
Assist training team by helping to prepare, research, observe (and possibly deliver) effective and engaging training experiences
Create training aids, including project visualizations, student workbooks, and internal process documents
Assist with learning management system (LMS) administration
Manage administration of training course learner surveys and analytics
Collaborate with training team, vendor representatives, and internal stakeholders
Work on impactful training-related projects to develop project management skills
Assist Product with Product Training (boot camp) events and activities
Operate all Bobcat/Doosan Heavy and other competitive equipment and attachments/implements as required for training, demos, misc. internal and external usage, etc
Develop product knowledge base, to enhance ability to perform above duties
Operate department truck/trailer combinations, load and haul equipment from site to site, as needed
Duties shall include locating worksites and contact information, as well as equipment transportation and operation
Duties are 90% hands-on (on-site)/10% office based and will vary with Product Training schedule

Required

Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing seeking a degree in Agriculture Education, Business, Education, Communication, Construction Management, Engineering, Marketing or equivalent
Possession of a valid driver's license
Possession or ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card within 10 business days of hire date (Product Training Operations)
Be able to commit to Bobcat for the entire term of the co-op (8 months) or internship (4 months)
Attention to detail and workspace housekeeping
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Team player, fast learner, and adaptable to change
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills is a must
A self-starter and will dig into problems independently and will look for limited guidance
Ability to follow written instructions
