Help trade congestion products in multiple Independent System Operators/Regional Transmission Organizations (ISO/RTO)

Conduct research

Design trading strategies

Analyze trades and positions

Examine trading ideas

Mentor analysts on the desk

Qualification

Required

2+ years of experience working as an FTR trader, or a similar role

Strong working knowledge of any ISO/RTO

Experience with the complete life cycle of a strategy and risk management of the portfolio

Experience with modeling and programming techniques

Analytical; comfortable leveraging probability and statistics to solve problems

Reliable and flexible team player with a positive attitude

Comfortable working and making decisions in a fast-paced environment

Motivated self-starter who can handle competing priorities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Eager to learn, adaptive, responsible
