Client Acquisition Director

Ricoh Colombia is an integrated solutions provider that connects people and technology. The Client Acquisition Director is responsible for generating new business and cultivating strategic partnerships within a defined portfolio of Fortune 500 accounts to drive revenue growth.

Information Technology & Services

Responsibilities

Acquire new clients within a designated list of 15–25 Fortune 500 companies
Execute strategic account selling methodologies to drive engagement
Independently lead high-volume prospecting efforts to identify new opportunities
Collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and team selling partners
Conduct client meetings, executive briefings, RFP/RFQ responses, assessments, and value proposition presentations
Qualify opportunities and develop proposals that meet or exceed customer expectations:
Position Ricoh’s portfolio effectively
Assess customer fit and affordability
Lead pricing strategies, proposal development, and contract negotiations
Sell and deliver profitable services and solutions tailored to client needs
Clearly communicate Ricoh’s industry position and value proposition
Meet or exceed revenue and gross profit targets
Maintain accurate sales data and activity records in CRM
Perform additional duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
5–10 years of experience selling to Fortune 1000 companies in a B2B or professional services environment
Proven track record of success in new business development
Positive mindset and strong leadership in team-selling environments
Self-motivated with excellent time management and interpersonal skills
High business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics
Strong consultative and strategic selling capabilities
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Excellent presentation, influencing, and negotiation skills
Ability to close deals and consistently exceed sales goals
