Responsibilities
Implement and optimize machine learning models for various applications, including NLP and computer vision
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems
Develop automation pipelines and workflows using AI frameworks and tools
Monitor and improve AI model performance through continuous feedback and iteration
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies
Qualification
Required
Strong fluency across the GenAI landscape — including but not limited to agentic frameworks, orchestration platforms, LLM APIs, and deployment patterns
Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and Python in real-world implementations
Demonstrated ability to translate business problems into high-level solution architectures
Experience challenging and guiding client leadership toward better outcomes
Comfort working in high-velocity, occasionally unstructured environments

Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed task execution
A solid understanding of AI capabilities and limitations, including ethical considerations, is expected

Ability to produce high-quality products within deadlines
Preferred
Familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms is a plus
