Responsibilities

Responsible for managing and overseeing the design and construction of public works, local infrastructure, municipal roadway, trails, drainage, and land development projects

Conduct and manage design and plan production

Manage clients and supervise technical staff

Provide training/mentorship of other engineers

Qualification

Arizona PE LicenseCivil Engineering DegreeProject ManagementAutoCAD Civil 3DTechnical WritingSelf-directedTeam CollaborationPositive Attitude

Required

Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or ABET accredited equivalent Engineering degree

Professional Engineer (PE) License in Arizona

At least 6 years of experience in local infrastructure and public works design

Strong design and project management experience and knowledge of working with public entities

Excellent technical writing and communication skills

Must be proficient in project management, administration and supervision

Ability to work in a team environment with multiple offices and various disciplines

Positive attitude, self-directed required

Willingness to develop a network of municipal clients and teaming partners

Preferred

AutoCAD Civil 3D CAD experience preferred
