Build relationships with hospitals, health networks, PE healthcare investors, and academic institutions
Establish strategic integrations with EHRs and other healthcare tech platforms
Drive adoption in high-burden specialties (e.g., emergency medicine, internal medicine)
Enable partner channels like healthcare consultants and implementation specialists
Represent Claio.ai at conferences (HIMSS, med-tech summits)
Publish thought leadership on AI in healthcare workflows
Own the full partnership lifecycle, from outreach to contract and post-deployment success
Collaborate with internal clinical experts and iterate partnership models quickly
Qualification
Required
5+ years in healthcare partnerships, business development, or consulting
Strong network in hospitals, medical groups, and healthcare tech (EHRs, HIEs)
Familiarity with HIPAA/HITECH, clinical workflows, and reimbursement models
Proven revenue generation and stakeholder management experience
High-agency, customer-first, full-stack mindset with a bias for action
Preferred
Clinical background (MD, RN) or deep clinical workflow experience
Experience with healthcare AI/ML solutions
Understanding of medical coding (ICD-10, CPT) and CDI processes
Bilingual (English/French) for Canadian market
Strong ties with healthcare investors or academic centers
