Responsibilities
Build a modern, fast-moving Rust + React product with real user impact
Partner with Machine Learning/AI to drive automated insights and create engaging workflows
Help increase product velocity, ship new features quickly, and improve the underlying platform
Shape the roadmap, engineering culture, and tech foundations
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years of experience working on complex full-stack web applications
Built products from scratch on the web, mobile or backend
Made tradeoffs between shipping fast, experimenting and building platforms
Worked with or around AI, machine learning and LLM's
Built products that incorporate e-commerce, subscription management, or payments technologies
Deployed to a cloud platform
Grown comfortable in a terminal
Worked with amazing teams, are self motivated, and accountable
Cared deeply about the user experience and attention to detail
Talked to a customer before, whether as part of support, sales or research
