Global HR Business Partner - Sales/GTM

The Senior HR Business Partner – Sales/GTM will act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, focusing on aligning people strategies with business objectives to drive revenue growth and create a high-performing culture.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales/GTM leadership to align people priorities with business objectives, ensuring talent strategies enable sales and go-to-market growth plans
Translate business priorities into proactive, data-driven people solutions that enhance organizational performance and employee experience
Design and deliver a scalable people roadmap to support long-term growth
Partner with the Talent Management, People Operations, and Talent Acquisition COEs, and our in-house Legal Counsel to design and implement solutions
Leverage people analytics, engagement data, and performance metrics to provide actionable insights to senior leaders
Use dashboards to track organizational health, enabling data-led decisions on talent, performance, and organizational design
Act as a trusted coach to senior leaders, equipping them to build resilient, inclusive, and high-performing teams
Provide practical guidance on leadership challenges, succession planning and workforce design, driving capability at all levels
Oversee employee relations in your area, balancing pragmatic solutions with compliance and risk management across multiple jurisdictions
Embed a performance culture that emphasizes accountability, continuous feedback, and career growth
Implement clear career pathways and frameworks that build future-ready skills and prepare successors for critical roles
Champion initiatives to strengthen retention of top talent
Lead and advise on organizational change, including integrations, restructures, and acquisitions, ensuring sales/GTM and people objectives
Navigate both the human and legal aspects of change, helping leaders manage transitions effectively
Drive large-scale projects from design through execution, ensuring stakeholder alignment and positive cultural outcomes
Work with Total Reward and Commercial Ops to shape competitive Reward/Recognition that aligns with sales performance

Required

Experience partnering with Commercial teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Advertising, AdTech, or Go-to-Market)
Proven ability to influence and drive positive change in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Ability to engage, challenge, and influence senior stakeholders, building trust through commercial understanding and pragmatic solutions
Experience working across cultures, navigating global complexity while enabling local adaptation
Skilled in using HR analytics and insights to identify trends, measure impact, and inform strategic decisions
Demonstrated success leading organizational change, including M&A, integrations, and global transformation
Confident operating with ambiguity, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the versatility to engage a wide range of stakeholders
