Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business units to gather, analyze, and document requirements for new systems, enhancements, and process improvements
Technical Liaison: Act as a conduit between business stakeholders and software development teams, ensuring clear understanding and alignment on project goals and deliverables
Requirements Management: Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose technology-driven solutions to enhance productivity and user experience
Project Support: Assist in project planning, prioritization, and sprint planning activities. Support QA and UAT efforts by validating requirements and ensuring solutions meet business expectations
Data Analysis: Leverage data to support decision-making, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation including business cases, process flows, system specifications, and training materials
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working with software development teams
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and/or other SDLC methodologies
Familiarity in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
Preferred
Familiarity with APIs, databases, and basic technical concepts preferred not required
