Responsibilities
Design and develop products and tools by refining and enhancing initial requirements
Select and justify the use of appropriate tools and technologies for optimal outcomes
Break down high-level requirements into actionable tasks and deliverables
Build and optimize cost-efficient, highly available microservices
Lead complex, large-scale projects in an Agile environment using Java, Scala, and Python
Demonstrate a strong curiosity to explore and build intelligent solutions using various large language models (LLMs)
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
Communicate effectively with leadership to align on goals and strategic direction
Evangelize innovative ideas across teams and organizational boundaries
Serve as a technical leader with a passion for mentoring and guiding team members
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
