Architectural Designer

As an Architectural Designer, you will create detailed architectural designs and collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance with building codes and construction requirements, contributing to the advancement of modular construction.

Responsibilities
Create modular building design packages and state submittals using Revit and AutoCAD
Develop detailed modular construction drawings and component designs
Adapt traditional architectural plans to meet modular building requirements
Assist in the development of high-quality production and construction documentation
Conduct code checks related to accessibility, fire separation, and building envelope compliance
Ensure all designs align with building codes, quality standards, and project guidelines
Support the continuous improvement of design-build processes and methodologies
Qualification
Required
4-7 years of architectural experience; modular experience a plus
4+ years of hands-on experience with Revit; familiarity with AutoCAD
Bachelor's degree in Architecture required; Master's preferred
Working knowledge of the International Building Code
3–5 years of experience in construction coordination operations
Proficient in Microsoft Office and business systems
Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in dynamic environments
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and manufacturing teams
