They are seeking exceptional research engineers to develop AI control protocols and scale autonomous organizations across various sectors, ensuring safety and alignment as AI capabilities grow.

Responsibilities
Build control protocols and/or alignment techniques to make sure our SAOs are safe
Monitoring for misalignment and implementing AI control protocols to prevent similar behaviour in the future
Identifying interesting ventures, building integrations and deploying our agents in the real world
Qualification
Required
Exceptional research engineering skills
Experience in AI safety and control protocols
Ability to monitor for misalignment in AI systems
Experience in building integrations and deploying agents in real-world applications
Willingness to work in-person in San Francisco
Preferred
Experience in scaling autonomous organizations
Background in AI alignment techniques
Familiarity with startup environments and venture identification
