Required

Bachelor's degree in laboratory science or related field
3+ years of clinical laboratory work
Certification by nationally recognized certification agency (i.e. ASCP, AMT, AACC, AAB, AGT, ABT, ASHI, NSH)
Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
Good visual acuity including color perception

Preferred

1+ years of flow cytometry experience
