Service BDC Customer Service Representative
Cable Dahmer Automotive Group is currently seeking team members to join their growing Service Guest Relations Team. The role involves engaging with guests through various communication channels, scheduling appointments, and maintaining long-term relationships with customers while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Engage with guests through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and text messages
Listen and communicate to calmly and courteously defuse upset guests
Schedule appointments and maintain ongoing long-term communications with our guests
Respond quickly to internet, phone and chat inquiries using phone, email, texts, scripts, and templates
Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management
Tech savvy with the ability to utilize our CRM and other Software Systems efficiently and effectively
Qualification
