They are looking for a Data Architect who will design and build relational databases, data warehouses, and implement strategies for data management and acquisition.

Responsibilities

Designs and builds relational databases, data warehouses, and/or data-marts for storage, processing, and/or decision support
Develops strategies for warehouse implementation, data acquisition, and archive recovery
Implements business rules via stored procedures, middleware, or other technologies
Defines user interfaces and functional specifications
Responsible for verifying accuracy of data, and the maintenance and support of the data warehouse
Cleans and maintains the database by removing and deleting old data
May evaluate new data sources for adherence to the organization's quality standards and ease of integration

Required

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to plan and deliver technical solutions independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

At least 5 years of related experience with database design
Clearance: Public Trust
Citizenship: US Citizen by birth or naturalization
