Responsibilities
Engineers are needed to work in product, packaging, and process development, which involves understanding consumer needs, investigating future technologies, and designing and developing functional and cost-effective solutions across all of Clorox's brands
This would include consumer testing, mechanical and chemical performance testing and package component qualifications both in laboratory, pilot plant, and manufacturing plants
New formulation development and formula scale-up of cleaning products
Non-wovens (wipes) handling and converting for exploratory projects
Equipment optimization and new process development for salad dressings and sauces
Qualification
Required
B.S. Chemical Engineering
B.S. Biomedical Engineering
B.S. BioEngineering
B.S. Materials Science Engineering
B.S. Mechanical Engineering
Graduating between December 2026 and August 2027
Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher
Ability to work in a lab with various materials, including dust
Fine motor skills to prototype samples
Offers of employment are contingent upon proof of the applicant's legal right to work and be employed in the United States as a full-time employee after graduation
