They are seeking Associates for their Sales & Operations Development Program, a twelve-month training designed to prepare participants for roles in Sales or Sales Operations. The program includes hands-on experience and mentorship, culminating in a full-time position upon successful completion.

Qualification
Required
Associates degree required
0-1 years of experience in a service, business, or sales-oriented role
Desire to build a career in Sales, Supply Chain, Operations or Business
Team player mindset
Excellent verbal, and written communication skills
Ability and willingness to travel - local and national
Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI
0-2 years of experience working in B2B industrial distribution
Ability to travel 0-25%
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Internship in Sales, Supply Chain, Operations or Business preferred
