They are seeking a Spray Fireproofing Mixer/Equipment Operator to prepare and mix spray foam materials, operate equipment, and ensure quality control on job sites.
Construction
Responsibilities
Prepare and mix spray foam material daily according to specifications
Perform thickness checks during application to ensure the required material thickness is achieved
Set up and operate mixing and spraying equipment
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
Keep materials organized and maintain a clean work area
Assist with troubleshooting and minor equipment maintenance
Travel to job sites across the state of Florida
Qualification
Required
Experience with fireproofing materials and mixing processes
Must complete a respiratory and fit test, provided by Alpha, before spraying begins — safety is our top priority
Knowledge of equipment setup and operation, with strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
