Responsibilities
Assist with pavement fieldwork operations, including data collection and survey activities
Support the analysis of pavement performance data (e.g., GPR, FWD, and distress surveys)
Help develop pavement design recommendations using industry-standard methods and software
Contribute to the preparation of technical reports and support documentation
Collaborate with senior staff and project managers on pavement evaluation, design, and management projects
Qualification
Required
B.S. in Civil Engineering (required)
Strong interest in pavement, transportation, or geotechnical engineering
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and good technical writing skills
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities
Willingness to travel locally for fieldwork as needed
Preferred
M.S. in Pavement Engineering (preferred)
Previous internships, co-op, or coursework related to pavement engineering is highly desirable
