Industrial Sales Manager
NorthEast Electrical is a leading electrical distributor seeking a dynamic Industrial Sales Manager to join their team in Brockton, MA. The role involves managing and inspiring the outside sales team, developing strategies to expand the customer base, and collaborating with senior leadership to achieve growth and profitability goals.

Responsibilities
Surpass team sales and profitability targets
Monitor and evaluate sales team performance, implementing changes to ensure ongoing success
Oversee resource planning, reporting, territories, incentives, and communications for the team
Collaborate with leadership to manage budgets and develop initiatives to achieve revenue, profit, and service goals
Participate in client interactions to ensure cross-training, customer satisfaction, and regular management involvement
Develop the sales team’s competency in value-add services and solution selling
Conduct one-on-one reviews to assess performance, provide guidance, and identify development needs
Conduct annual performance reviews to foster a performance management culture
Collaborate with marketing, credit, IT, purchasing, operations, and outside sales to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns, and offerings
Set an example for Outside Sales Representatives in personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits
Engage in selling efforts as needed
Qualification
Required
10+ years of sales leadership experience with a proven track record of growth and team performance
Bachelor's degree (B.A or B.S.) from a 4-year college or university
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Preferred experience in automation, with Rockwell Automation experience being a plus
